About Me

Welcome! I am a EACOA Postdoctoral Fellow at National Astronomical Observatory of Japan, Mitaka, Japan.

Combining theory and numerical simulations, my researh focuses on understanding how star formation proceeds in giant molecular clouds in the interstellar medium; how stellar feedback from massive stars (radiation, stellar winds, and supernovae) interacts with the surrounding interstellar medium and subsequently affects the lifecycle of giant molecular clouds and star formation cycle in galactic gas disks.

Before my current appointment, I was an EACOA Fellow at Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (2021-2022) and a Lyman Spitzer, Jr. Postdoctroal Fellow at Princeton University (2018-2021). I received my PhD from Seoul National University in 2018.
